End User License Agreement

The licence we grant you

You are not buying PANENKA, you are getting the right to use it. We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. The app itself and everything in it remains ours.

What you may not do

• Copy, rent, sell or transfer the app to anyone else.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or run a modified client.
• Use automation, bots or scripts, or send requests to the server outside normal play.
• Sell your account or trade your recovery code.

Virtual items

Shirts, balls and similar items are in-game licences; they carry no ownership or real-world value. They cannot be cashed out or transferred outside the game. See the refund page for refund terms.

Termination

If you breach these terms your licence ends and your account may be restricted or closed. You can end the licence at any time by deleting the app.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided “as is”; we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the app in the last 12 months.

About Apple

This agreement is between you and us, not Apple. We alone are responsible for the app, including maintenance, support and its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
